1. Magnetic Thickness Gauge (Dry Film Gauge)

Yeh method ferrous substrate (jaise iron) par plating measure karne ke liye use hoti hai. Magnetic field disturbance ke base par yeh reading deta hai.

2. X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) Analyzer

Non-destructive aur sabse accurate method hai. Isme X-ray ke through plating layer ki composition aur thickness pata chalti hai.

3. Cross Sectioning

Sample ko cut karke microscope ke niche check kiya jata hai. Yeh destructive method hai lekin precise hoti hai.

4. Coulometric Method

Isme plating ko dissolve kiya jata hai aur electric current ke basis par thickness measure hoti hai.

5. Beta Backscatter

Yeh radiation-based method hai aur heavy metals jahan plated hote hain, wahan useful hoti hai.
